Since 1998, CALA has employed in-house construction managers to support our staff and clients needs. Having an experienced construction management team who puts bidding and construction items to the top of the list, regardless of other in-house deadlines, has been advantageous for our clients. At any given time, CALA has 3-5 significant public agency and private development projects under construction throughout Northern California.
Leading the team is Shawn Sanfilippo. With over 30 years of construction experience, Shawn has first hand working relationships with contractors, vendors, and design professionals throughout California which means there is no ‘learning curve’ involved on any project he is providing services for. It is because of his experience and these relationships that he is able to achieve solutions that allow projects to proceed unimpeded to the greatest degree possible.
