What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone with the right aptitude and attitude. Ideal candidates will have the right combination of personal, professional, technical and communications skills coupled with a strong desire to advance in the profession.  Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to learn to advance their own career and to contribute to the advancement of the firm, as well as possess a solid understanding of design and construction document preparation.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Designer Position:

  • Minimum 1+ years’ experience working under a licensed Landscape Architect
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Suite
  • Degree in Landscape Architecture
  • Have a positive attitude and strong desire to learn

Project Manager Position:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience working for a Landscape Architecture office, preferably in the State of California
  • Degree in Landscape Architecture
  • Licensed Landscape Architect, or working towards licensure
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Suite
  • Have a positive attitude and strong desire to learn
  • Experience with managing projects, clients and project teams
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Additional Items (not required, but would be super awesome!)

  • Land F/X and Sketch up skills
  • Hand graphics
  • Public speaking/presentation experience
