Callander Associates helped the City of Stockton clean up the existing ponds at Victory Park to provide a better habitat for fish and water fowl and to improve the water quality entering the City's storm system. The design included dredging the stormwater ponds to a depth that will allow for fish to survive, adding floating aerators to help clean the water, and adding filters in all the storm drain inlets to trap sediment before it enters the ponds.
