Callander Associates worked with Pardee Homes in this 120-acre community in North Natomas. Callander's services included the complete landscape design of the streetscape and medians surrounding the project site, entry monuments, central park, 3 types of model homes, recreation center, detention basin production front yards, and interior streetscapes and roundabouts. Callander also provided construction administration services including weekly construction meetings and site reviews.
