Located along the north shore of the Stockton Channel, in the heart of the new Stockton Events Center, the North Shore Retail District is strategically situated at the crossroads of the $120,000,000 downtown redevelopment. Centrally located within major destinations such as the new minor league Banner Island Ballpark, the Stockton Arena, Sheraton Stockton Hotel and Conference Center, and the future Waterfront Promenade and downtown marina, the 38,000 sq. ft. Retail District will augment and support the area’s activities by bringing in a lively and lucrative mix of retail and restaurants. Retail/restaurant pads have been situated to maximize views of the waterfront, pedestrian, and view corridors created, and a “Main Street” circulation pattern leads visitors from guest docks and the promenade to the ballpark and arena. Vehicular circulation was oriented away from the water and building pads and patios were sited close to the promenade and waterfront to create a first-class, waterfront dining and pedestrian experience.
