When retained by Dunmore Homes for the design of the entrance to their new corporate headquarters, Callander Associates accepted the challenge of designing a dramatic statement that met the high expectations of the client at a limited budget. Through the use of innovative three dimensional modeling and Callander Associates' usual high level of coordination services, attention to schedule, and clear/concise construction documents, the project was delivered on time and within the client's budget. The design exceeded expectations by including a prefabricated fountain, design elements and materials borrowed from the main building, an ornamental metal trellis, ornamental plantings, and fully mature transplanted olive trees, thus creating a beautiful entry statement that is visually connected to the headquarters.
