Callander Associates teamed up with Lesovsky Donaldson Architects (LDA) to phase a new facility in an existing park site. A detailed analysis of the existing site coupled with the desires for a new facility led to clear designation and understanding of the community needs. By using sound principals of spatial arrangements, Callander and LDA were able to minimize impacts to the existing park site.
