Investing in the environment is only
part of the creativity that Callander Associates brings to
the Valley. The Rancho Cordova staff of eight creative individuals
was relocated in mid-April 2003 to a larger studio environment
one block away from their previous location. The new quarters
are larger, more efficiently configured, and provide ownership
of the 7,500 sf of building. The newly renovated space has
allowed the Firm to reinvigorate an aging office campus, recapture
the architectural integrity of the structure, and amplify
the indoor-outdoor relationships. Clients will appreciate
the easy access, parking convenience, and campus setting.
The quality and efficiency of the space will also allow us
to maintain a high caliber of design and professional project
management talent. Long term financing of the project by Bridge
Bank of Rancho Cordova (www.bridgebank.com)
will allow control of overhead costs and provide for expansion
opportunities. Of particular concern in selecting the site
and securing the funding was the firm’s commitment to smart
growth, recycling of existing buildings and infrastructures,
minimizing staff commuting, and staying close to our clients. |
